Working Flow of Nougat Production Line

Sugar Melting → Gas Charging & Agitator → Peanut & Sugar Agitator → Nipping Cooling → Servo Pellet Cutting → Shaking → Packaging.

Twin Vacuum Low Temperature Sugar Cooking and Gas Charging Agitator
This unit adopts Holland vacuum low temperature cooking, agitating & gas-charging that make swiss candy, nougat, cotton candy and milk candy continuously cooking and gas-charging, and the cooling temperature can be controlled automatically. Under this condition, it can extremely lower the candy PH value and improve gas-charging requirement, reduce abnormal, add candy quality and mouthfeel, also can save workers and improver working efficiency. This unit can solve the problems such as vertical agitator not clean, full pot soft or hard, and workers hard to control.
