Tips: Homemade Roasted Sesame Oil
▷Evenly toast the raw sesame seeds in the oven (350 degree F) on a baking sheet; allow to cool on a plate.
▷Place the toasted sesame seeds in a blender and blend until they are broken into tiny pieces; let sit for 2 hours.
▷Strain out seed pieces with a cheesecloth and store in an airtight container.
